Feedback on Ace and Fitbit for kids

The only tracker Fitbit allows a child under 13 to register is an Ace.  But my son, and lots of kids, participate in water sports and an Ace is not the right product for them.  My son used the Fitbit selector to figure out which product he should ask for for Christmas - the selector does not ask for age and does not even have the Ace as one of the options.  So he received a Charge 3 for Christmas and not cannot register or use it.  We are very disappointed.

It's not Fibit. The 13 age is a Federal law due to Fitbit's social medial functions.
