I am trying to delete my child’s account so I can delete my family account and do a new one so I can get my information off of my child’s account. I received the confirmation email to delete it and I hit the delete button in the email. I then went in to delete the family account and it says I have to delete active family members first which I already did. Why can’t I just delete it and then re-add?? Why do I have to wait??
