Fit bit ace- kids steps only sync when in kid view

I just set up my kids with ace's.  Their steps only sync if I log into kid view (then to switch back to parent view the app completely logs me out). This is quite cumbersome. Are they working on correcting this?

@JMWipp Welcome to the Community, thanks for sharing your thoughts. You don't need to switch to child's view to sync Ace, it will sync in the background if all day sync is enabled. But you would need to switch to child's view to see the stats on their dashboard. 

I appreciate your feedback on switching to parent view. It's expected behavior but it should be updated in the future, I address this and will posts updates here.

My experience... Sync does not occur unless you are in Kid View. You can't sync your kids device and your device on the same phone at the same time. All day sync does not occur if you are not in the correct view in the app.
