Purchased 3/11/23 from a large toy store retailer, it hasn’t been used too often as we don’t like our son taking it to school in case he damaged it, so not worn loads over the year. Last few charges it wouldn’t hold battery & now the product won’t turn on or charge at all. We have cleaned as per troubleshooting advice & there are no issues with charger. We have searched for all other options in attempt to make it work however nothing working, please can someone help, charging issues were apparent within the first 6-9 months however over the last 2 months now completely dead. Struggled to find help online so only just done across this help centre.
