Daughters Fitbit ACE wants to stay in wrong time zone. Have tried restarting, new ACE and reinstalling with no luck.
Will have to delete all my daughters data and start account again but daughter not happy at all. Strange my HR2 and other daughters ACE all in rittime zone Help please

Hi @RichLlew, since the Ace is tied to whatever time zone the main account is set in, have you verified to make sure that your Time Zone is set up correctly? You can find the instructions on how to do so here.
Just a thought, if you travel a lot (like me), you might want to set up your account so that it automatically changes time zones to the Time Zone you're in.

Have tried both Manual and Auto Zone Change with no change to time zone.
any suggestions as very frustrating

Have tried many times with phone time Zone and ACE Fitbit time zone! Have HR2 and other ACE all correct time zone so not an issue setting! There is an issue with software as only one ACE wrong time zone! Thanks for advice still not resolved!
