My son got the fitbit ace 2 for Christmas its been working perfect till today the screen will only tell the date and time i can't swipe the screen at all it synced no problem but i can only see the steps he took on the app not the screen i can't turn the fitbit off either any ideas what could be wrong?

Waste of time to have to go through tech support and chat... whats the point of the forum if we can't put the answer here?!
Update: Figured out a solution myself.
re-syncing, and restarting the fitbit did not resolve the problem.
What fixed this for me was changing the clock face type using in the Fitbit app. After changing to a different clockface, then was able to swipe again.

My daughters is doing the same. Wont swipe. I have synced it but no change, any other tips?
