Hello,
Purchased.a Fitbit Ace 2 for my son in March. He loved it and enjoys reading his steps in the 10 000’s.
Unfortunately his Fitbit repeatedly would fall out of his band. We found it on multiple occasions. Unfortunately this last time we can cannot find it. He is devastated. Wondering if there is anything that can be done to help my 6 year old get a replacement as he has had it only 5 months. Reading online it seems as though this is an issue with the ace 2 .
Thanks
