Fitbit is not connecting to the phone. Turned off Bluetooth. Turned off phone. Turned off ace 2. Nothing says cant connect. 😒 getting real frustrated. Help i just got this thing 2 weeks ago, after his ace 1 band broke in the lake!

What type of phone are you trying to connect to?
Do you at times use different phones?

@robbiebobbie82 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Ace is not connecting to your phone even though you've tried some workarounds such as turning off your phone and Bluetooth.
Besides the information that requested my friend @Rich_Laue, please make sure that you are also following the setup process as described in this help article.
