I bought this for my son for xmas it was great for about a week, then it started dying fast! Now he can't even sleep with it and use it for school the next day!! Dead by noon! I bought it for the silent alarms because he takes meds. at school and this has been a great tool for him, but it doesn't even stay charged to finish the school day!! What is the problem?

I have tried all the tips and turned everything off except one alarm, it is
not useful if he can't use the alarms at all. It will charge to 99% but
never hits 100%. What else can I do?
Thanks
