Fitbit Ace 2 not syncing and not showing right time

Hello! My Fitbit is not syncing with my device and I already forgot it in settings in Bluetooth. It also doesn’t show the right time but the date is right. can you help me please?

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. Time on the tracker should be corrected when you sync it. I recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Confirm if your Fitbit app is updated: How do I update the Fitbit app?
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  3. Force quit the app, reboot your phone and restart the tracker by following the steps from this help article.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and try to sync the Ace 2 tracker. You can confirm the steps in this help article:
