Hi, I bought my daughter the Ace 2 not long ago. I bought it for the alarms because she needs many alarms throughout the day. The alarms are not vibrating. I looked on her watch and the alarms are set to on. Is there a setting or a way to fix this without having to send the watch back?

Please try restarting her Fitbit Ace 2 as described in this help article. This will refresh the tracker internally. After this, try turning off the alarms and turn them back in. Finally, monitor the alarms and see if the issue gets fixed.

We find the alarms stop working every few days and we have to delete them and put them in again and sync the device. This is unacceptable. Please can you advise how we can Keep the alarms working permanently and avoid having to reset them every few days?
