I have 3 children, all with an Ace 2. All are paired with Apple phone and all, at some time or another have synced, BUT, it is increasingly difficult to make this work.
Recently, only one of them would sync.
Phone is on latest iOS. I removed all of the parings from the phone, I removed all of them from the App, I hard closed the app, I re-paired everything (making sure each fitbit was in a room alone with the phone each time), and it worked. It took a long time, but they all synced. Once.
Now I have the same problem every time I try to sync them to the phone, it just can't 'find' their fitbits.
I don't need to know how to pair, I can do that, but I need to know why it can't work consistently? The fitbit app is woeful anyway (needing to log in and out of each child account via the parent view), but the children have expensive Ace 2's that are only effective as glorified step counters at the moment.
Please, any advice welcomed, as this is very irritating.
