My sons Ace 2 won’t turn on. It wouldn’t sync and my son plugged it in to charge it and now it won’t turn on. I have tried resetting it by holding the button for 5 seconds multiple times. I have turned the Bluetooth off and on on multiple devices. I have left it to charge all night. I have wiped off the charging connectors on both the device and charger. I have checked the Fitbit app and there is no update available what can I do?

I am still waiting to hear back from Fitbit! This is very frustrating! My son has a $100 decide that he used for less than a month!!
