Unpair, then re-set it up. So far it's working for me.

I have this problem too, I spent hours with different chat agents (one was downright rude and honestly shouldn't be a customer support agent).
One agent suggested a factory reset, but for some unknown reason clear user data isn't an option! The rude agent didn't believe me and disconnected out conversation. She honestly ruined the entier experience. Unfortunately I didn't get a satisfaction survey for her.
No solution was found. I'm going to return the Ace 3. It's unfortunate that after so many hours the issue is unsolvable.
