Fitbit Ace 3 not turning back on

My Ace 3 is about 4-5 years old. The watch wasn't scrolling, and it wasn't on water lock. I restarted it. After that, the screen just didn't turn on. I tried restarting it several times. It was able to restart, but the screen never turned on again. Please help; I can't find where to buy a new Ace 3 and this is my only one.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Flower_22. I'm sorry to hear that your Ace 3 screen is not turning on. Thank you for letting me know that you have restarted the device before contacting us. I'll be happy to assist.

In order to better assist you:

  • Could you please let me know if the lights on the back are turning on?
  • Does the device vibrate when you press the button?
