Fitbit Ace 3 purchased at Target is malfunctioning

I purchased a Fitbit Ace 3 for my daughter just before Christmas at Target. It is malfunctioning (rapidly switching between screens, won’t respond to touch screen when trying to reboot, and rebooting using the side buttons doesn’t work). 

How can I get this taken care of? It’s barely a month old?
