Fitbit Ace 3 strap broken - want to replace with inspire band

I bought my daughter a Fitbit Ace 3 in Feb '23 this year for her birthday, but the wristband clasp broke - it was very flimsy. I have an inspire and I fitted the band to it and it works much better. Can I get an additional band for her to use - it's impossible to find and I can;t contact fitbit support as there is no email address on the website? 

Any help through the forums?

I just want a replacement inspire band as it's much stronger than the kid's band.

Hello @lauralouaus and welcome to the Community.  The Inspire 2 bands are a better fit for the Ace 3 pebble.  Moderator post  They aren't available from the Fitbit Store and you must get then from a third party site like Amazon or eBay.  Look for verified reviews.
