Hello
I bought yesterday the fitbit ace3 for my son. I charged the device, I installed the fitbit app on mobile phone of my son that is under family link control. I connected his google child account, connected the device but then I accepted to update the tracker. The result is that the ace3 is not visible through bluetooth as well as the device is stucked on the screen with fitbit symbol and download fitibt mobile app writing.
I tried all kind of reset or reboot procedures but the problem is still there.
