Hi. My son's Fitbit Ace 3 isn't working. It's fully charged. He got it for Christmas and we sat down to set it up 28 Dec. It took a lot of 'pinching' the sides to get it to come on, but eventually it was working, and he had an evening of wearing it with no problems, but at bedtime, again, we couldn't turn it on. Just a black blank screen. No vibrations or anything. We haven't been able to turn it on since. We charged it again to make sure that wasn't the issue. Still nothing. We keep pressing the 'buttons' on the side, tapping it, etc, and we've also tried taking it out of the wrist band in case the rubber casing was getting in the way. Still a black screen, Any ideas?!!!! I'm thinking we have a dud and need to return it (although all packing was lost in the excitement of Christmas day, so I don't like my chances).
