Hi folks, our new ACE barley fits my 10 year old - Ive read that the Alta HR straps fit this watch but looking at the photos Im not convinced - can someone advise? Cant believe how unhelpful the support folks at Fitbit where this morning - but my kiddo loves his watch so Id love to try and make this work before I send it back!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Lamaman71. I'm sorry to hear that your son's Ace barely fits.

I checked on the Google store and the only straps that fit Ace LTE are the straps of this tracker. Alta HR straps don't fit the Ace LTE. Some customers try third party bands and work for them.
