Hi,
My Son's Fitbit Ace switched off yesterday and won't turn back on when charging. I have left it connected overnight and also tried the re-set switch on the charger but it is still not responding.
This Fitbit was brought for my Son's birthday last year and he enjoys competing for his steps etc and so now is obviously upset.
Can you tell me if there is anything else I can try or how I get the watch replaced/repaired?

Hi @PeteMac, have you tried contacting Support? Their link is at the bottom of the page. Since you already tried resetting, my guess is it's something to do with the Ace itself, and they would be able to help you more with that.

@PeteMac Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response and I'm sorry to hear that your son's Fitbit Ace got unresponsive even though you restarted it and charged it overnight.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they contacted you via email. Was a solution provided?
