Fitbit Ace app not available in my country

My son’s Fitbit needs to sync with a phone. I’ve done this easy enough previously but now the app tells me that I need to download this app. Yet on both my iPhone and my wife’s Android phone, it says the app is unavailable. So I guess Google has once again killed a product for a load of people. My son loves counting his steps but the watch needs syncing with a phone to get the time correct. What are we meant to do??

Actually it’s for a different tracker. So it’s not an issue for me

Have you been able to see your child’s data? We just moved to google accounts and now I can’t access their data or synch their watch anymore. (It’s an Ace 3)
