Will the Fitbit Ace on back order be in for for Christmas? I can’t find any info on when they’re going to be back in stock and it’s been ordered since Black Friday.

Any reply regarding the FitBit Ace (kids) Back Order waiting time? I need to order and ship them to USA so that my brother brings them back home to my country so it is critical to know the availability time.

Are you able to tell the entire forum if the Ace Fit bit orders will be able to ship before the holidays?  If not, we won't be able to wait.  Please advise???

I would also like to know when the Ace will be back in stock. I have ordered for a Christmas gift and it is the only idea I have.

Sorry, I am uncertain of the answer! I ordered Friday, Nov. 23 in the morning. The website said it was on back order. I posted to the forum that morning and later was emailed by Fitbit's support team. They checked my order and let me know it should be shipping in 2 weeks. Perhaps try contacting directly with https://contact.fitbit.com for assistance. Best of luck!

I would like to know the time frame of the backorder too.  I need mine by Christmas and if I am not going to get it I need another plan.

Hi everyone! Regarding your questions, the current backorder status of the Fitbit Ace is 6-8 weeks from the date of purchase. With this being said, we couldn't guarantee it would be delivered for Xmas.

 

I appreciate your patience and understanding with this.

I ordered 2 Fitbit Ace on 11/26/18. I’ve called customer support twice and no one has any idea when they might ship. Backordered apparently. These are Christmas presents for my grandsons. Will they be here by Christmas Day? getting a little concerned.

@Fitnessgrandma Thank you for participating in our Fitbit Community! I totally understand how you feel about the back order inconvenience. I was able to contact our Support team and was told that the back order could take 3-4 weeks starting from the date of purchase in order to ship your item.

Why then in the incessant emails that you continue to send about purchasing a Fitbit device does the website state that the Fitbit Ace in blue is in stock?!?!

Absolutely! And when I ordered on 11/26 it stated 2-3 weeks backordered. Now it says 3-4 weeks. Perhaps I should have ordered a Garmin. Right now I have no big presents for my two oldest grandsons. Really bummed and why can’t customer service tell me any pertinent information?????

Just to let you know...I heard back from customer service and mine shipped out today. It’s supposed to arrive by the 24th so hopefully yours will too! I’ll cross my fingers for you!
