Fitbit Ace band keeps falling off!

My daughters Fitbit ace band keeps falling off. She doesn’t want to wear it for fear of losing it. It hasn’t even been a year since she’s been wearing it. Annoying that this is happening.

@Leesh728 welcome to our Fitbit Community! Since your daughter's Fitbit Ace falls off, I'd like to know if the band is broken. Also, is the band too large?

In the meantime, try detaching the bands from the tracker and put them back in. Please refer to this help article in order to learn how to detach the bands. After this, go to this help page and make sure that your daughter wears her Fitbit Ace as advised.

The band detaches from he tracker at unexpected times. She could even be walking and it comes off. The band isn’t broken. The band just comes off the tracker. It’s not too big on her. It started happening out of no where. Thank you.

My sons fit bit Ace keeps falling out of the band.  It fell out today and now we can’t find it.  He’s devastated.
