Hi, my daughter has a Fitbit Ace. It constantly shows that it is fully charged which is confirmed when she syncs it with her ipad. However, the battery life is very short (allegedly a few minutes). When she connects it back up to the charger it shows that it is fully charged. Can anyone please help as this is most confusing.
