Hi,

My Daughters Fit bit ace show the battery symbol approx 75% charged. If it is disconnected from the charger it powers down almost immediatley. I tried to reboot it by pressing the button 3 time. It does restart but the battery still does not hold charge.

 

Any ideas

@LilyBR welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your daughter's Fitbit Ace since it won't stay charged when you unplug it from the charger. By the way, thank you for trying a restart before contacting our forums.

 

Please, try the tips that are listed in this help article. These tips are helpful in order to improve the battery life of the tracker. After this, monitor the battery's behavior and see if the issue gets fixed.
