My daughter's fitbit Ace she recieved for her birthday mid Dec is displaying an exclamation point on the battery. Yesterday it was fully charged. I've read the forums and tried some trouble shooting but i'm a bit lost as what to do now.

I'm happy to assist you with your daughter's Fitbit Ace since it only shows an exclamation point on the battery icon. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid any confusion on my end and avoid providing the same information, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.
In the meantime, restart the Fitbit Ace as described in this help article. After this, charge it for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
