My daughter's Fitbit ace does not want to hold a charge and after syncing still has the incorrect date. We have tried to reset it numerous times and she charges it constantly. I don't know what else to do. Help?!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Pbinondo.

I am sorry to hear your daughter's Fitbit Ace does not hold a charge and shows the incorrect date. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I recommend following our tips to prevent battery drain at Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

Since the tracker still has the incorrect date, I recommend confirming the steps to sync the tracker in this help article: How does my child sync Ace or Ace 2 with their device?

Please keep me posted, I'll be around.

I tried everything that was suggested in the help topics but nothing worked and her ace would not stay charged. What should I do?
