My sons Fitbit Ace does not complete a Goal celebration. We have checked the Goal ie. 10000 steps has been entered correctly, restarted the App and restarted the tracker as described in previous forums. None of this has been successful. The final advice given in previous forums is to contact customer service. I’m attempting to do this by posting this. Very disappointed!

To contact Customer Support you need to follow the link in my signature. Check first that your son's account has the step goal set as the primary goal as that is the goal you get the celebration for. It might accidently have been set as somethjng else.

@Alfella Thank you for participating in our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your son's Ace is not buzzing when he reaches the daily goal. If you haven't contacted our Support team, please check out if there is a firmware update available for the Ace. You can see the process in this help article so you can see if the Ace need to be updated.
Also, please restart your son's Ace as described in this help article and have your son to monitor his tracker and see if the Ace buzzes as it should when he reaches the goal.
