Fitbit Ace is 12 hours out

My son's Fitbit ace had the wrong time displayed on it this afternoon, so I synced in my android app (under Fitbit family) and the clock changed, but is now 12 hours behind. It was 6pm (1800hrs) but it has reset to 6am. This has meant his steps for today (13000) are now shown as yesterdays steps in my app (in fact all steps have shifted back a day) and today's steps are showing 300 (which is what has been recorded since syncing with my app. I have tried re-syncing several times and correct time zone is selected. I have ran out of ideas!! Anyone know a solution? Thank you.

@Leesez It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your son's Ace is not showing the correct time. Thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting the forums. I would like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues. Please restart your son's Fitbit as described in this help article. Once you've done this, sync his Ace again and keep an eye on the tracker's behavior.

Let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy
