Our Fitbit Ace has recently begun showing only the low battery ! even after having been placed on the charger for hours. It appears that it is not recognizing the charger as it does not vibrate when placed on the charger. We tried cleaning the Fitbit and charger with no luck. We also purchased a new charger which did not solve the problem. The Fitbit is only 6 months old but is now unusable as it will not charge. Any suggestions of what else we might try to get it to charge again?
