Fitbit Ace isn't tracking sleep

My son's Fitbit Ace has stopped tracking his sleep, tried restarting.... Not working...

Hi there, so you’ve tried restarting and it’s not working?

You should deregister the current Ace and reregister it.

How to reregister:

Launch the Fitbit app, tap the account button(top right corner)

Tap set up a device, tap Ace and register it from there. If that doesn’t work, 

restart it a few times.

Still not working?

Contact Fitbit or repurchase(refund and buy again)

This happened with my child before and he just restarted and all data came up.

The Fitbit is recording sleep, just not syncing properly.

Thanks Kev, will try this! Have had a few problems with this Fitbit. Seems to be some things they needs fixing with updates. All very frustrating!
