Fitbit Ace -my child's account doesnt show for me

Hello,

My husband added my kid as part of our family and made myself as a guardian. But for some reason I am not able to view my kid's profile under me. It still shows me as a main guardian but fails to show my child's account there , though it appears for my husband. Could someone help me with this please?

To try to resolve the issue, please follow the next steps:

- Log out from your Fitbit account

- Reboot your phone

- Log back into your Fitbit account
