Fitbit Ace not tracking afternoon naps

I have opened case with Fitbit where tracker for my daughter is not recording her afternoon naps). Not sure if anyone else is facing similar issue?

Has she tapped the "Begin Sleep Now" function in the app?  If she did, this may be why it's not tracking.  That feature is for trackers that aren't wrist-worn, such as the Zip or the One.

Thanks for your feedback. Fitbit Ace doesn't have this option available in
kids view.
