Syncing is the process that transfers the data the tracker collects to your child’s account in the Fitbit app. If the tracker is paired to your child’s device, it syncs every time your child opens the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I sync an Ace tracker with my phone or tablet?

If you changed time zones and the time on your device is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct:
iphone+ipads
< your profile picture<
Some users find that setting the location to a wrong city in a different timezone.
Sync.
Then set back to auto, or to the proper location.
Then sync again
