Fitbit Ace turns off

I'm having constant issues with my daughter's Fitbit Ace, it keeps going dead but when i plug it in to recharge it is at least half way charged... Charge it up and then she wears it for a few hours and is dead again.  This is the second Ace i have got (returned the first) from Argos.... Please help !
