My daughters Ace is unresponsive when tapped.
I have followed the steps outlined on a few other forum pages (click button 3 times in 8 seconds, leave to fully re-charge to 2 to 3 days, leave to fully recharge for 2 to 3 hours - i have tried most things i have found).
Whilst the clicking of the button 3 times in 8 seconds did help, once it lost 1/4 of charge the same unresponsive issue occurred. It is also stops the alarm from working - which my daughter uses to wake herself up for school.
Can this issue be resolved?
Many thanks
