Got my son a fitbit in July. Was working fine until November-Decemberish when it started dying after hitting about 35% charge (around 1.5 days). Now, we are having trouble syncing it. My app will say it has been synced, but the time and date aren't syncing.
We have tried the various troubleshooting techniques mentioned in these forums and have current version of the app on my android.
Suggestion would be appreciated!

I'm having a similar - my son's ace won't sync at all, only bought it for him in Sept. I can't even get the time to change to the correct time.
