My FitBit ACE will not turn on or charge. We have tried the reset techniques and still no sign of turning on. The ACE has only been in use since the 25th of December 2018, Christmas. we are disappointed in the fact that we have only had the ACE for a short period of time.

If you haven't contacted our Support team as @Odyssey13 advised, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your Fitbit Ace for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
