Hi,

I've just got my 10 year old a Fitbit Ace for Christmas as the longer strap only just closes and I’m worried that if he’s too active it will unbuckle. Can I get longer replacement straps for this model??

Hes a fairly average size kid so was surprised it only just fits, if I’d have known I’d have gone for an adult model.

Ace, Alta, and Alta HR all use the same band.    You could try contacting Fitbit support to see if they will help.  If not, you can buy a longer Alta/Alta HR band.  You can buy from the Fitbit store here, or many third-party options (no Fitbit guarantee) available on Amazon at very reasonable prices.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
