My 9 year old son got a Fitbit Ace 2 for Christmas. I Wasn't sure I this was for him ,but turned out he loves it,or did! He was out playing last week, came in for tea only to discover that his Fitbit was no longer in his wrist strap. He was and still is so upset about it and desperately wants it back. I'm now not sure what to do as these are not cheap accessories for children to go out playing with, ironically, which is what they are designed for. I've since found out that this is by far an isolated occurrence. The straps are clearly not up to the job of keeping the Fitbit secure and I'm pretty sure that Fitbit must be aware of this fault. Fitbit, this is a faulty item. I look forward to a response form one of the Fitbit team!
