My daughter is devastated, she got a Fitbit for Christmas, as she wanted to be like the rest of the family.

low and behold we go out yesterday and it has fallen out of the strap, we retraced our steps to no avail. 
This is clearly a fault with the product as I’ve now seen this is common from Google. 
Obviously as a tracker it’s meant to be rigorous and withstand exercise - yet this was just a walk!

has this happened to anyone else on here? 
Please help one heartbroken 6yr old. Xxx
