I got a Fitbit ace for my cousin, the band is way to small and doesn’t fit. Wondering if there is any way i can get a new one.

You may want to look at third party sellers that offer different types of closures such as this woven band that closes with velcro or this or this metal version. Unfortunately you will have to be patient. Delivery times are all up in the air as everyone copes with the virus.
