Fitbit ace not turning on even after pressing the buttons

my fit bit ace kids hasn't worked for the past 3 years it worked for 5 days I tried everything even pressing the buttons 3 times and pausing after every press still nothing I have kept it on charge for a week still nothing cleaned the power tips still, nothing if any one can help me please Can I have a refund that will work, or fix mine.

give me all the ideas.

Hi @yvettepug you've owned this Ace for three years, but only worked for five days? If you left it in a drawer unused for all this time, the battery may have completely died. The only suggestion would be to restart the device several times and hope it springs to life. It's been on the charger long enough. It's obviously out of warranty, so it would be rather difficult to get a refund for a three year old device. If it wasn't working ,why didn't you get with customer support before now?
