Fitbit ace useless to child at 24hr time

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have two Fitbit Ace 2 watches for my 6 & 4 year old. The 6yr olds was going perfect until I changed the display clock face and now has changed to 24hr clock and tried everything to change it back. My 4yr olds watch only ever did 24hr clock which is no use to him either. So a totally waste of money and watches.

You can change the preferences to a 12 hour clock, @Gem212 . This must be done from a web browser, such as Safari.

Hi thanks for your reply carol.
I have already actually tried that after googling what to do and no success.
I have a charge 4 and that method works to change that from 24 hr-12hr but it won’t work like that on the Fitbit ace.
unfortunately 😞

@Gem212   There is a Feature Suggestion asking for a 24 hour clock for the Ace series.  Sadly, it is marked Not Currently Planned.  You  can still vote for it, but you can't leave a comment.  It saddens me that Fitbit made this decision.  The US is in the world minority by using a 12 hour AM/PM clock.  I think Fitbit should revisit this decision.

😞 it’s crazy for a kids watch not to have the option of both.
