Hello I have had a problem with my Fitbit Ace, I'm a week or two new to this, so I don't understand. I have been using my Fitbit normally, as it's supposed t be used and I have a case that might make sense. Today I got 57 active minutes the last time I checked and next time I checked it was at 0 so maybe when I got 60 it reset, or maybe it was that I hit 11,000 just as t reset as well? Please message back as soon as possible, thanks.

@lbavetta1 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your Fitbit Ace is resetting to zero all of a sudden. Please restart your Ace as described in this help article. Also, make sure that your tracker is set up. You can follow the setup process in this help page.

Finally, monitor your Ace during the next 48 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
