Hi, every time I try to switch from parent view to kids view I get booted out of the app then have to completely log in again, it just keeps doing this and won’t allow me to get to kids view at all!! Any suggestions/help greatly appreciated, cheers.

Hi, @Andyp12345, I would syggest checking that you have the latest version of the app by re-downloading from the app store. Earlier versions of the app required logging out completely when switching between Parent and Kid view, but that was updated.
I hope this helps. Welcome to the forums.

Hi, @Andyp12345, can you let us know what phone or tablet you are using?
Also, does the app actually crash (or get stuck) when you try to switch between parent and kid view? Do you just get endless spinning or are you asked to log in again?
Sorry for so many questions, but extra details can help someone find a fix.

I occasionally have the same problem. It's hit or miss really. It sucks that you can't switch over. I hope this problem fixes itself (which seems to be the only way this problem will resolve).

I have this problem with the app occasionally too. It’s very clunky having to continually enter your password when switching between children’s devices on the app. Poorly designed.

I’m on an iPhone 6s and have a permanently spinning wheel when I switch to parent view. I have to close the app, re open and log back on. It’s extremely frustrating as I have to do this every day just to synchronise my sons Fitbit.

@Bowdove Welcome aboard to our Fitbit forums! I'm sorry for the late response. However. I'm sorry your Fitbit app stays thinking when switching to parent view. Please make sure that your iPhone 6s has the most recent app version installed.
If the app is up to date, let me know and I'll be happy to follow up!
