Hi, every time I try to switch from parent view to kids view I get booted out of the app then have to completely log in again, it just keeps doing this and won’t allow me to get to kids view at all!! Any suggestions/help greatly appreciated, cheers.

@Maxir1971, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
Since you mentioned that your Fitbit app has crashed, please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app installed. If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app again and log in. Finally, monitor your app and see if the issue gets fixed.

Christmas morning trying to set up my sons new watch and this is still happening!!

I am experiencing the same issue. Really frustrating as my children are very upset their present from Father Christmas does not work. I’ve tried logging off and on, forcing shut down, reinstalling the app…nothing seems to work. Could I get an email address…ideally I’d like a refund and I’ll get them garmins.
