Fitbit device fell out of wrist strap for Ace 2

My son was wearing his new FitBit Ace 2 for kids (which was a present from his grandmother) when the FitBit tracker just fell out of the wristband and is now gone. The part where the device fits into the wristband seems to be defective. I would like a replacement, please advise.
