Flashing Fitbit logo in Ace

My son's Ace is stuck with flashing fitbit logo. Tried solutions that are mentioned in other similar questions like resetting the Fitibit by pressing the reset button in the charger 3 times, tried to setup the fitbit as a new device again. Nothing worked. No other information is displayed in the fitbit. Any help would be much appreciated - Thanks.

@smMom Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your son's Ace displays the Fitbit logo only. Thank you by the way, for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
